Diet Coke. A dangerous substance. Worse still than normal coke and I have proof. I have eaten the same thing for the last 3-4 days: cottage cheese, salad, crispbread, ham, and milk. Yesterday, mum bought diet coke and after consuming half a glass, I had an insatiable craving for sugar! Please excuse the sugar hiccough but after eating two digestives, it still wasn’t enough and I grabbed a handful of cheerios. Not enough to amount to over 1400kcal but sweet lords…. just drink the full fat! It’s better for you!!!! I only managed to stop the cravings by drinking another glass of milk and then brushing my teeth before promptly going to bed. O_O
So there Cola. Your move.
Also, I woke up late today (1.45pm OOPS!) and then went in the bath so I didn’t eat until 4pm. I had half a roll, cottage cheese, chicken roll, salad and Diet Irn-Bru (WHICH DOESN’T EVER GIVE ME CRAVINGS!)
Also just noticed… in the last minute, there’s been a KFC, McDonalds, Mayonnaise, Cider and Coffee advert on the television. -____- So much for out of sight, out of mind.
Anyway, if Daniel comes over tonight, we’re going to have a takeaway, possibly halving a chow mein. ❤ Cheaper and better for portions 🙂
